On Fridays, most stores and restaurants close approximately one hour before the beginning of Shabbat, while most attractions remain open.

On Saturdays, businesses operate on a voluntary basis until approximately one hour after the end of Shabbat. After that time, all stores, restaurants, and attractions resume their regular operating hours.
